Co-Founder

Femlives is a digital platform in the FemTech sector, supporting women during their menopausal years comprehensively. As Co-Founder, you have the opportunity to shape the development of the company from the beginning and take strategic responsibility. Femlives addresses a highly topical, socially relevant theme with great, hitherto underserved market potential and creates orientation, education, and solutions in an area where there are currently only few structured offers.

Tasks

• Joint strategic build-up and scaling of Femlives
• Shared responsibility for Vision, Positioning, Product, and Business Model
• Hands-on implementation of classic Marketing and Sales activities (e.g. Go-to-Market, Campaigns, Partnerships, Lead generation)
• Development and implementation of Growth and Monetization Strategies
• Closely working with Product and Content to address women in menopausal years target-groupedly
• BUILDING initial sales structures and cooperations in the FemTech field
• Preliminary preparation and conduct of investor meetings and fundraising
• Representation of Femlives vis-à-vis partners, customers, and stakeholders

Qualification

• Completed University degree (e.g. in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Digital Business or comparable) or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a Startup or Scale-up
• Fundamental knowledge in Marketing and Sales as well as experience in the operational implementation of Go-to-Market strategies
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative, and pronounced Hands-on mentality
• Experience in building new structures, processes, and business models from an advantage
• Very good understanding of digital products, platform models or tech-driven business approaches
• Interest in FemTech, women's health, and particularly the topic of menopausal years
• Communication strength, assertiveness, and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
