The team

We are Moritz, Marvin, and Vincent, each just before the end of our master's degree at the University of Münster, and we live honest feedback and collaboration on eye level.

We have the goal of setting a new standard for the handling of knowledge in companies.

Tasks

Shaping our tech stack

You make the technological foundation decisions:

Which tech stack? What data model? What infrastructure? You don't build on the basis of someone else's code,

but on the basis of genuine learnings from our first MVP and pilot projects.

New build on MVP basis

The insights from the B2B pilots are on the table.

Now is the time to build a clean, scalable technical foundation without legacy baggage.

Co-create product & vision

You are not just a developer, you are a Co-Founder. Your voice has weight in product, market, and strategy decisions.

You shape with us where Phronora is going.

Building & leading the tech team

Perspective builds your own team. You lay the foundation today for the technical culture, processes, and people who will join later.

Qualification

Experience as a full-stack developer
Development of software & AI-supported systems
Building scalable, maintainable architecture
Fluent German
Startup mentality: Ownership & self-motivation
