We have a vision, a clear concept, and already many institutions and companies that want to follow this path with us. What we lack? The technical mastermind that goes with us and takes over the part of software and databases.

Many municipalities, districts, and companies have a problem with incomplete building data – We collect and store building data more comprehensively, accurately, and cost-effectively, so that construction, maintenance, renovation, and modernization of buildings become easier and more affordable. To this end, we use efficiency gains through centralization as well as new technologies. Based on this, we develop software that stores, visualizes, and makes statements about buildings based on the data.

We are not looking for a simple employee. We are looking for a co-founder or co-founder who has the courage to take architectural decisions not only to make them, but to live them.

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• You are mainly responsible for setting up the IT department
• Gathering and preparing data sets from different hardware sources
• Development of an automated pipeline for data evaluation
• Ensuring the legally compliant and secure storage of all collected data

Qualifikation

You bring:

• You are about to complete your Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Backend expertise: You master modern web technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js, or Go) and have already implemented complex projects – whether in studies, research, or privately
• Data architect: You have a passion for complex data structures, pipeline design, and scaling systems (cloud infrastructure)
• You love translating theoretical concepts into functional products
