Co-Founder & CEO (m/w/d) - New Venture B2B FinTech / Identity

About the Position

We are currently building a new venture with a global market leader for Security Technology at Bridgemaker.

Our Mission: We solve the biggest trust problem in B2B trade.

The Product: We develop the platform for digital corporate identities of the future. By intelligently using Open Banking Data, we shorten onboarding processes from weeks to seconds – and eliminate thereby Fraud Risks.

Your Role: We are currently in the validation and build-up phase. Now, we are looking for the Founding Team that will transform this venture from incubation into a scalable, independent company. You don't just join, you co-found.

You start with a head start. We have:

• Validation: Proof of Concept (PoC) is available, market demand is confirmed through ad tests and expert interviews.
• Technology: High-Fidelity Prototype and architecture blueprint based on PSD2/PSD3 are available.
• Backing: Access to bank networks and regulatory know-how through our partner.
• Ownership: Significant shares (majority with the founding team), making the company investable for external VCs.

Requirements

• Track Record: You have already founded or were in a leading function (C-Level/VP) in a FinTech/SaaS startup (Early Stage).
• Commercial Drive: You know how to convince investors and win the first B2B customers.
• Network: Strong network in the field of FinTech, Banking, or VCs.
• Mindset: You are passionate about Open Finance, Digital Identity, and B2B Efficiency.
• Rahmenbedingungen: Fluent German & English, travel readiness (for investor roadshows & partner meetings), location: Germany-wide (remote-first possible).

Scope of Duties

• Fundraising: You ensure together with us the pre-seed/seed financing from external VCs.
• Go-to-Market: You lead the product from MVP to market fit, focusing on the SME market and B2B platforms.
• Team Building: You recruit your core team (e.g., CTO, Sales).
• Vision & Strategy: You develop the venture into a leading trust infrastructure for European B2B trade.
