THE JOB:

Full-time position - as soon as possible.
Exercise on weekdays from Monday to Friday (20 hours/week annualized over 37 weeks of work).
Ideally, be present: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
In recess all school holidays of the year.

Flexible work organization.
No night duty or on-call duty.
Remuneration - listening to your salary expectations. Salary negotiable depending on the prevailing convention, your profile, situation, and seniority.

Missions: As a Medical Director, you join an Administrative and Pedagogical Director, a multidisciplinary team composed of a pediatrician, caregivers, teachers, rehabilitation specialists, and social service assistants.

The missions are as follows:

- Responsible for animating clinical summaries.
- Human resources management in conjunction with the Administrative and Pedagogical Director: 20 caregivers (medical and paramedical).
- Lead the therapeutic project and contribute to implementing the institutional project.
- Participate in the quality approach (internal and external evaluations/rules of hygiene and safety).
- Implement and follow up on care projects (therapeutic and accompaniment).
- Evaluate situations (balances) and ensure the maintenance of medical records.
- Prescribe treatments and interventions for the multidisciplinary team,
- Realize medical consultations.
- Participate in institutional life, reflections, and works institutionals
- Communicate with families and partner organizations (caregivers, establishments).
- Write and present the medical activity report to the General Assembly.
- Delegation of powers and signature. Doctor psychiatrist or pediatrician or general practitioner (F/H) registered at CNOM
OR Doctor generalist (F/H) or another specialty registered at CNOM, BUT capable of prescribing in the field of psychiatry - wishing to form themselves in psychiatry (e.g., DU Pediatric Psychiatry) or wishing to achieve a professional conversion (another specialty).
