Our Customer, a Leading Company in the High-Tech Sector in the Winterthur Region, Offers You the Opportunity to Work as a CNC Turner/Medical Technology and Control Complex Manufacturing Processes, Developing Your Technical Skills in an Innovative Environment. Tasks - Setting Up, Programming, and Operating CNC-Controlled Lathes for the Production of Highly Precise Medical Components - Manufacturing Parts According to Technical Drawings with High-Quality Standards - Optimizing CNC Programs for Efficiency Improvement and Process Optimization - Conducting Quality Control with Modern Measuring Instruments and Testing Methods (e.g. 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines) - Ensuring Compliance with Medical Technology Norms (ISO 13485) and Strict Tolerances - Maintenance and Troubleshooting of CNC Machines, Including Independent Error Analysis and Troubleshooting - Collaboration with the Development and Quality Department for Continuous Process Optimization - Documentation of Manufacturing Processes and Support for Product Development Profil - Completed Training as a Polymechanic, CNC Turner, or Machinist, or Equivalent Qualification - Several Years of Experience in CNC Turning, Ideally in Medical Technology or Fine Mechanics - Funded Knowledge of CNC Programming (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain) - Experience with CAD/CAM Software for Creating and Optimizing Manufacturing Processes - Structured, Solution-Oriented, and Self-Responsible Work Style - High-Quality Awareness and Technical Understanding of Precision Manufacturing - Communication Skills and Enjoyment of Interdisciplinary Collaboration - Very Good German Language Skills, English Language Skills an Asset Vorteile - Attractive Remuneration with Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities - Working on Highly Precise Medical Components with Modern Technology - Training Opportunities for Professional and Personal Development - High-Tech Machine Park and Innovative Work Environment - A Valued, Dynamic Work Climate with a Dedicated Team
