ABOUT YOU
Monday to Friday Hours (Early Finish Friday's)
Starting pay $38.50p/hour( Annual 40hr week -$80080)

THE ROLE - CNC Setter Programmer Operators
- Setting up and operating CNC machines (mills or lathes)
- Programming and adjusting jobs to optimise performance and accuracy
- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitoring machining processes and making real-time improvements
- Completing production records, quality checks, and documentation
- Selecting and setting fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and material
ABOUT YOU
- Experience on CNC mills or lathes (4-axis, manual, and Okuma machines preferred)
- Confident with online programming
- Experience with Mazatrol controls (G/M Code is a bonus)
- Worked with a variety of metals
- Strong ability to read technical drawings
- Experience using Fusion 360
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CNC Operator / Setter / Programmer
- 40 hrs weeks + overtime (subject to business needs)
- Gain exposure across a variety of projects
- Early finish on a Friday – start the weekend early!
