CNC Programmer/Mechanic H/F

As a CNC Programmer/Mechanic, you will play a key role in the production of high-precision watch components. This position requires polyvalence, autonomy, and technical rigor to ensure impeccable quality at each stage of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: • Setting and optimizing CNC machines for the production of complex watch parts (case and movement). • Programming on Gibbscam after a training period for optimal equipment handling. • Rigorous quality control of machined components and corrections as needed to ensure high standards. • First-level maintenance of equipment and preventive interventions. • Close collaboration with other atelier members to ensure a smooth production flow and continuous process optimization. • Suggesting technical improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of production. Profile: • Confirmed experience in setting and operating CNC machines, ideally in the watchmaking or micromechanics field. • Mastery of Gibbscam programming tools or strong motivation to be trained on this software. • Excellent technical skills, autonomy, and ability to solve problems with precision and efficiency. • Attention to detail, rigor, and commitment to quality. • Team spirit and flexibility to evolve in a dynamic and demanding environment.
