CNC Programmer

• You have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing Technology or Mechatronics;
• You have 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of Mechanical Manufacturing (Turning/Drilling/Milling);
• You have experience with CNC Machines;
• You have experience in NC-Programming of mechanical parts with a CAM-System;
• You have technical skills in Turning/Milling/Drilling;
• You have knowledge of programming languages;
• You have knowledge in the manufacturing processes of mechanical parts;
• You have the skills to read technical drawings;
• You have knowledge in setting up, equipping and operating CNC-machines;
• You have knowledge of CAD/CAM-System, preferably Siemens NX;
• You have knowledge of an ERP /PLM - System, preferably SAP;
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
• You speak English fluently and German is an advantage.

• Creating and modification of CNC programs for metal parts;
• Optimization of the existing CNC programs to optimize the manufacturing processes;
• Creation of manufacturing master data (work plans, setup instructions, devices);
• Creation of 3D tools in the CAM-System and their individual components for machine simulation;
• Support in the selection and execution of new manufacturing processes and tools;
• Consulting production, R&D, QA, work planner regarding the production strategy of new parts;
• Support in validation of manufacturing processes.
