Job description
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM (includes paid 1-hour lunch). Mahler Machining is currently hiring a Senior Machinist to support our growing afternoon shift team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a lead role within a precision-focused machine shop known for producing complex, low-volume parts for industries including aerospace, subsea exploration, medical devices, and alternative energy. We’re looking for someone with a passion for machining, a desire to mentor other team members, and a strong work ethic. As a Senior Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, including programming, setup, and operation. You will also be expected to assist in the training and mentoring of junior machinists, as well as contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
