CNC Machine Operator

Orienta S.p.A. Benefit company, subsidiary of Treviso, selects a CNC Machine Operator for a metalmechanical sector client in Quinto di Treviso (TV). The company specializes in mechatronics engineering: it designs and implements integrated automation solutions, robotics, mechanical and electrical design, software for machines and plants, electrical panels. Main responsibilities:

• Programming and management of CNC machine tools;
• Use of manual machines for rectification operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and respect for production timelines.
• Insertion into the production department, working on various types of numerical control machines and collaborating with the production team to ensure correct task execution.

In particular:

• Programming and setting up CNC machine tools;
• Control and calibration of work instruments;
• Execution of precision mechanical works on various materials;
• Maintenance of production cycle monitoring and management of any anomalies;
• Awareness of safety and quality standards.

  Required qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a CNC machine operator, preferably in the metalmechanical or industrial automation sectors;
  • Knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g. Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens);
  • Able to read technical drawings and dimensional schemes;
  • Flexibility and availability for work on shifts if required.
