Your Tasks: Operating CNC-controlled machines for processing workpieces according to drawing
Setting up machines and loading them with crane system independently
Reading in programs via DNC operation into the machine and allowing them to run
Reversing programs and performing program testing
Optimizing in the sense of rational production under specified parameters for processing (Prog. / WZ) of the materials and technological influence factors after consultation with the programmer
Initial control or self-control by the worker
Creating simple machine programs
Your Qualification: Successfully completed technical vocational training in the field of metal, absolutely necessary
Multiple years of work experience in the field of toolmaking, desirable
Fundamental knowledge in operating CNC-controlled milling and turning machines with Siemens and Heidenhain control systems
Proficient handling of MS Office and CNC programming
Operating common control systems and control system-specific software
Precise, careful, and responsible working style
Teamwork, reliability, willingness to work shifts
High flexibility and endurance combined with a willingness to work night shifts
