Tasks - Setting up and operating CNC-controlled milling centers - Monitoring the ongoing production, tool condition, and component quality - Intervening in machine malfunctions to ensure a smooth process flow - Optimizing production workflows and CNC programs to increase efficiency - Performing additional operational steps during program runtime - Maintenance work on production machines, tools, and fixtures Profile - Completed training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification - Experience in operating CNC milling machines - Good understanding of CNC programming and production processes - Technical skills and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to work shifts - Teamwork and self-reliant working style.
