• Setting up and operating CNC-controlled and conventional turning and milling machines
• Setting parameters and measuring instruments
• Creating workshop programs
• Providing parts and materials, preparing tools, setting up tables and drawings
• Analyzing causes of operational disruptions and proposing measures for process optimization
• Optimizing processes and workshop sequences
• Checking parts for dimensional accuracy
• Resolving and correcting operational disruptions
• Recording, documenting, and reporting production information
• Monitoring maintenance intervals and performing repair work

• Successfully completed three-year vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or similar qualification
• Good knowledge of setting up, operating, and programming complex machines in machining
• Careful and quality-conscious way of working
