CNC-Setter (m/w/d)Our customer is a renowned watch brand, located in the heart of the Newburger Mountains and the Berner Jura, and known for its expertise, the quality of its components, and its spirit. To strengthen his production teams, we are looking for your future: CNC-Setter (m/w/d)Your tasks: * Conducting settings and commissioning on CNC milling machines (Bumotec, Robodrill or Lancer) and ensuring the production of housing components * Duration of the setting process: 2-3 days, depending on the complexity of the task * Setting up and testing of CNC machines to ensure proper functioning * Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations * Collaboration with colleagues in the production team to optimize processes and improve productivity * Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and technologies * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Good communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * High level of attention to detail and quality awareness * Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods * Ability to work in a noisy environment and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary * Ability to travel occasionally to other locations within the company or to customer sites * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to the success of the production team * Ability to take initiative and proactively identify and solve problems * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision * Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, including production data and quality control metrics * Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken) * Ability to understand and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times * Ability to take initiative and proactively identify and solve problems * Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision * Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, including production data and quality control metrics * Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken) * Ability to understand and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times
