Independent setup, equipping, and operating of CNC lathe machines including the necessary tools and clamping devices Create, adapt, and optimize CNC programs (Siemens, Fanuc or Heidenhain) Set up and operate CNC milling machines, including the necessary tools and clamping devices Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments Conduct quality control checks on manufactured components and report any defects to the production team Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives
