CNC Turner Long Turning / Short Turning (m/w/d)

The company specializes in the production of high-precision surgical and orthopedic instruments for worldwide use in demanding operating rooms and has a diverse, modern machine park with different control systems. Your tasks Area Long Turning: - Independent programming, setting up, and operating long turning machines (Tornos, Tsugami) - Production of demanding prototypes and small to medium-sized series made of stainless steel and other materials - ISO programming on long turning machines with Fanuc control and TISIS programming for Tornos machines - Structuring and systematizing existing processes to increase process safety Area Short Turning: - Production of prototypes and small series on various CNC turning machines (Okuma, Emco, Mazak, Goodway) - Independent setting up and programming directly at the machines with daily changing setups - Flexible machine maintenance with rapid familiarization with different control systems - Active participation in the development of standards and improvement processes Common tasks: - Conducting in-process inspections and meticulous documentation to ensure medical technology quality - Quality control through precise working methods and adherence to high standards - Continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency - Teamwork in a structurally developing department with high self-responsibility Profile For Long Turning: - Vocational training as a Decolleteur or Polymechanic with a focus on turning - Funded experience in the field of long turning, including independent programming and setting up - ISO programming on long turning machines with Fanuc control as daily work - TISIS programming for Tornos machines an advantage For Short Turning: - Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification - Funded experience in CNC turning with knowledge of setting up, programming, and retooling - Machine expertise with various manufacturers like Okuma, Emco, Mazak, or similar systems - Affinity for variety and technical complexity instead of monotonous high-volume production Common requirements: - Structured and exact working methods with high quality awareness - Self-initiative and responsibility awareness with proactive approach - Team spirit and communication skills for cooperation in a dynamic environment - Quick grasp of different machine types and control systems - Good German language skills in writing and speaking At nemensis ag, we have already connected thousands of applicants with their dream job and given them the opportunity to develop further or re-enter the job market.
