Tasks

• Operating and setting up CNC lathe machines for the production of special valves
• Maintaining the production process and performing quality controls according to the high standards of the company
• Adapting and optimizing CNC programs based on specific customer requirements
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines to ensure a smooth production flow
• Collaboration with the construction and development team to improve manufacturing processes and product quality

Qualification

• Completed vocational training as a CNC-Turner, machining technician or in a comparable field.
• Multiple years of work experience in operating and programming CNC lathe machines, preferably in the area of metal valve or ball valve production.
• Good knowledge of drawing reading and measurement control as well as experience with common control systems such as Siemens or Fanuc.
• A high sense of quality and meticulous working style to meet the high quality standards and customer wishes.
• Teamwork skills and flexibility, including willingness to work shifts in a dynamic production environment.
