Profile Who are we looking for?

You are a technical talent who can work independently in a workshop. For this role, we are looking for someone with the following background:

• Education: You are technically trained, preferably in precision mechanics or forming techniques.
• Experience & Knowledge: You have in-depth knowledge of turning, milling, mechanics, and hydraulics. Experience with reading technical drawings and programming CNC machines is essential.
• Competencies: You work accurately, are quality-conscious, and organized. Furthermore, you are computer-literate and have strong technical insight.
• Certificates: You possess (or are willing to obtain) a certificate for forklift and overhead crane.
• Attitude: You can critically assess the production process, are solution-oriented, and consider safe working a given.
