CNC turner-miller 2 shifts
Producing parts according to the drawing and customer specifications (therefore, ability to work accurately and adequately)
Completely finishing single-piece production to small series (creating work preparation)
– Setting up the machine, tools, and any automation
Measuring the parts: production control, checking dimensions, and adjusting where necessary
Ensuring timely completion of projects
In short, you will be responsible for the projects you work onProfileProfile
Technical education, preferably with experience in turning and milling (3-axis), 5-axis experience is a big plus
Ability to read plans (2D and 3D), preparing work preparation
Ability to program at the machine
Experience with measuring equipment, filling in measurement reports, measuring parts
Knowledge of various cutting tools and their application (cutting conditions)
Knowledge of a wide variety of material types and their machining
Knowledge of programming – CAM (Fusion 360) is a big advantageOfferIndependent, but also able to work in a team
Sense of responsibility and accuracy
Eager to learn, hands-on mentality
Creative, able to think outside the box
Open to innovation
Sense of quality and efficiency
Fascinated by technology and good technical insight, good
spatial reasoning ability
Flexible
Willing to work in 2 shifts (6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm)
