What You'll Do * Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Monitor and record vital signs and other health-related observations. * Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety and comfort. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. * Maintain a clean and organized resident environment. * Follow established policies and procedures, including infection control protocols. * Participate in resident activities and programs, promoting social engagement and well-being. What You'll Bring * Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for seniors. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Ability to pass a background check.
