Facility: GSS SD Desmet Ctr Location: De Smet, SD Address: 411 Calumet Ave N, De Smet, SD 57231, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Night Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 32.00 Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50 Pay Info: This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus! Job Summary The Nursing Assistant will provide direct care to residents in a long-term care setting. This includes but is not limited to: assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing emotional support, and promoting a positive resident experience. The Nursing Assistant will also be responsible for reporting any changes in resident condition to the charge nurse or other designated staff. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current certification. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be able to push/pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
