We are a growing e-commerce company and are looking for a CMS Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Cologne. In this role, you will be responsible for the content maintenance and further development of our online shop, working closely with Content, SEO, UX/UI, and Development teams to ensure that content is implemented cleanly, tested, and optimized live.

As a CMS Manager (m/w/d), you ideally bring first-hand practical experience in e-commerce or content management and enjoy improving processes, content, and user experiences - in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.

Aufgaben

With you as CMS Manager (m/w/d), we ensure that our online shop performs at the highest level in terms of content, structure, and technology - from product data to landing pages to quality assurance.

  • Content Management: You take over the structured maintenance of our online shop and are responsible for product data, images, categories, article, and description texts with a clear view of user guidance and conversion.
  • Landingpages: You create and optimize landing pages along our Hero-Story-, Conversion-, and SEO-guidelines and ensure that content does not only look good but performs measurably.
  • Content-Briefings: You create independent precise content briefings and work closely with the teams from Content, SEO, UX/UI, and Development to implement content efficiently and goal-oriented.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: You act as a link between editorial, design, and technology and ensure that content is correctly, consistently, and timely implemented throughout the shop and site structure.
  • Qualitätssicherung: You test new content and pages, check links, find errors, and ensure a clean implementation in the entire shop and site structure.

Qualifikation

  • You ideally bring first-hand practical experience in e-commerce, content management, or online marketing and enjoy managing structured content and optimizing it continuously.
  • You have experience working with Shopware or a comparable CMS system and move confidently in digital content structures.
  • You convince with excellent German and English language skills - additional languages are a plus!
  • You work carefully, structuredly, and independently and bring a strong understanding of online content management and digital processes.
  • You have basic knowledge of SEO and a good sense for search engine- and user-optimized content.
