With over 51 employees, we plan, sell, and install holistic energy solutions for single-family homes – including photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, electricity storage, wallboxes, and complete electrical installations. Our strength lies in state-of-the-art digital processes, rapid implementation, and high technical quality. As a certified master electrical business, we stand for reliable, professional, and safe installations. We work regionally, customer-oriented, and in close exchange with leading manufacturers.

Our goal is to create sustainable and economical energy concepts for our customers and to actively advance the energy transition in Magdeburg.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who understands marketing not as a classic communication discipline, but as the growth engine of the entire company.

You will take responsibility for our brand, our marketing strategy, and the systematic generation of qualified leads. You will work closely with management, sales, and operations and consistently further develop our go-to-market strategy.

Your Tasks in Detail:

• You will develop and be responsible for our entire marketing strategy for photovoltaics, heat pumps, and other energy solutions.

• You will position our brand clearly in the market and develop a strong, recognizable brand.

• You will systematically expand our lead generation and develop scalable channels for qualified customer inquiries.

• You will be responsible for our performance marketing activities – especially Google, Meta, Social Media, SEO, Content, and other relevant channels.

• You will continuously develop our customer journey from the first contact to the closing.

• You will work closely with our sales team and ensure that marketing and sales contribute to common goals.

• You will define relevant KPIs, funnels, and dashboards and derive concrete measures from them.

• You will analyze the market, competition, and customer behavior and translate insights into new campaigns and growth strategies.

• You will continuously develop our digital touchpoints, landing pages, and conversion processes.

• You will build a high-performing marketing team in the long term and manage external partners, agencies, and service providers.

• You will identify new growth areas and boldly test new marketing and sales channels.

• You will work directly with management and actively shape the strategic development of the company.

• Several years of experience in a leading marketing position, ideally as Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, CMO, or in a comparable role.

• Demonstrable success in performance marketing, lead generation, and scalable customer growth.

• You think entrepreneurially and understand marketing not as an end in itself, but as a direct driver of revenue and growth.

• Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing, ideally with complex products or services.

• A very good understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM, tracking, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.

• You observe technological developments with foresight and are able to recognize relevant AI applications early on, strategically evaluate them, and integrate them profitably into the marketing organization.

• You can read numbers, interpret KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in the energy, solar, heating, or real estate industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

• You are strong strategically, but at the same time eager to initiate and implement things yourself.

• You communicate clearly, persuasively, and at eye level.

• You are eager for a dynamic environment, short decision-making processes, and real entrepreneurial responsibility.
