CMMS System Adoption Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Reporting to the CMMS Project Lead, CMMS System Adoption Engineer will be responsible for maximizing the effective use of the CMMS across all operational offshore wind projects. This role ensures that the system is consistently and correctly used, that maintenance processes are standardized, and that users are properly trained and supported. The position acts as the bridge between operational teams and the CMMS Development function, driving change management, user engagement, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive adoption strategy for the CMMS system across all offshore wind projects. • Collaborating with operational teams to identify and address any technical or process-related issues that may impact the effective use of the CMMS. • Providing training and support to users on the correct usage of the CMMS, ensuring that they are able to effectively utilize the system for their daily tasks. • Developing and maintaining documentation and procedures for the CMMS system, including user guides, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides. • Collaborating with the CMMS Development function to identify and prioritize enhancements and improvements to the CMMS system. • Providing input on the development of new features and functionality in the CMMS system, ensuring that they meet the needs of operational teams. • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices for the use of the CMMS system. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, computer science). • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as an engineer in the offshore wind industry. • Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and their applications in the offshore wind industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience with change management and user engagement strategies.
