CMMS Specialist - Packaging Industry

Description RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced CMMS Specialist to join a leading packaging company in the industry. As a CMMS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to optimize maintenance activities and ensure the smooth operation of the packaging facility. Responsibilities: Implement and configure the CMMS system to meet the specific needs of the packaging facility Develop and maintain the CMMS database, including equipment, parts, and maintenance procedures. Create and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment maintenance records. Train maintenance personnel on the use of the CMMS system. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in maintenance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the CMMS system aligns with operational needs. Troubleshoot and resolve CMMS system issues. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CMMS system. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and CMMS system updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in implementing and managing a CMMS system, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with specific CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, etc.) is a plus. Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
