Cluster Hotel Manager

Page Personnel Responsibilities - Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the three structures (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance). - Manage teams of each hotel, promoting a service-oriented culture and performance. - Monitor operational and financial KPIs, analyze forecasts and economic results. - Define and implement pricing and revenue strategies in collaboration with the commercial department. - Supervise service quality and compliance with company standards. - Manage relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and stakeholders. - Care for personnel selection, training, and development. - Collaborate with the marketing department to promote structures online and offline. - Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and privacy regulations. Requirements - Consolidated experience in hotel management, preferably multi-property. - Excellent organizational, managerial, and leadership skills. - Knowledge of revenue management dynamics and control. - Familiarity with main PMS and digital tools in the industry. - Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is considered a plus. - Flexibility, result-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities. - Knowledge of the tourism market and its seasonal dynamics.
