Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective revenue and distribution strategies across both hotels Analyse market trends and identify new revenue opportunities Oversee pricing, inventory management, and group business strategies Drive RevPAR and total revenue growth through data led decision making Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting Lead and mentor the Reservations team to ensure operational excellence Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management teams to drive revenue growth and optimize distribution channels Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Reservations team
