We are looking for a driven Cluster Business Development Manager – Groups & Events to grow business and leisure group revenue across some of Auckland’s top hotels, including Sofitel Viaduct Harbour, Pullman Auckland, Movenpick, and more. What you will do Win new business across meetings & events, incentives, tour series, sports, and ad-hoc groups Drive proactively to identify opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow group revenue, leveraging Accor CP Hotels’ portfolio of hotels in Auckland Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship-building Collaborate closely with hotel teams to deliver exceptional service and drive repeat business Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal stakeholders Ensure seamless execution of events and groups, from initial inquiry to post-event evaluation What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing training and development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement in a global hospitality company
