Accor’s Auckland CP Hotels portfolio is seeking a passionate Cluster Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales to drive revenue and strengthen relationships with key corporate and government clients. Represent some of Auckland’s leading hotels including Sofitel Viaduct Harbour, Pullman Auckland, Movenpick, Novotel Ellerslie, and more. What you will do Prospect, secure, and grow corporate and government accounts Lead RFPs/RFI responses Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets Build strong relationships with key decision-makers Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth Ensure effective communication and reporting Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities What we are looking for Proven track record in corporate sales or a related field Strong understanding of the hospitality industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM systems desirable What we offer Competitive salary package Ongoing training and development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Access to industry-leading technology and tools Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
