Overview Your Purpose Do the best work of your life by enabling experiences that help people live an active life This role is responsible for all aspects of the operational and financial performance of the club, including income statements, sales retention, brand standards and people management. Responsibilities Your Duties and Responsibilities Financial Management Ensuring that the club operates as a profitable business, ensuring Revenue and EBITDA growth for the club. Manage club operating expenses to ensure optimal profitability. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through membership sales, events, and other initiatives. Analyze financial performance and make recommendations to improve financial outcomes. People Management Lead and manage a team of staff members to achieve operational and financial goals. Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and retention. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Brand Standards Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance. Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness and loyalty through marketing initiatives and member experiences. Sales Retention Develop and implement strategies to retain existing members and attract new ones. Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance. Income Statements Manage the preparation and presentation of income statements for the club. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Operational Performance Monitor and manage operational performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction. Make recommendations to improve operational outcomes. Club Operations Oversee all aspects of club operations, including facilities management, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Certifications and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry. Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Certifications in areas such as accounting, finance, or business administration are an asset.
