About the Role As an AWS Cloud Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to clients across India. This includes designing and developing engaging learning experiences, creating interactive content, and providing hands-on lab exercises that help learners achieve their AWS certification goals. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid cloud workshops that turn theoretical AWS concepts into practical, job-ready skills for professionals and enterprise teams. • Deliver high-quality training sessions to clients across India, ensuring a strong understanding of AWS services and best practices. • Create interactive content, including presentations, videos, and hands-on lab exercises, to engage learners and facilitate their AWS certification journey. • Collaborate with the Training Team to develop and refine training materials, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve training content and delivery. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, IT, or a related field. • Strong understanding of AWS services, including Amazon S3, Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SQS, and Amazon Lambda. • Experience with cloud-based training delivery platforms, such as AWS Training and Certification, is an added advantage. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
