Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Health - Cognizant

Overview The Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Health will partner with customers to improve the health, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments. This role combines deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong skills to optimize configurations, and drive usage growth. The architect will proactively assess tenant health, network readiness, and application performance, identify risks and misconfigurations while developing and delivering actionable remediation plans to increase customer satisfaction and ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and a passion for helping customers get the most out of their investment. Responsibilities: * Conduct proactive assessments of Microsoft 365 environments, identifying areas for improvement in health, performance, and adoption. * Analyze tenant health metrics, network connectivity, and application performance to identify risks and misconfigurations. * Develop and deliver remediation plans to address identified issues, optimizing configurations and driving usage growth. * Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Microsoft 365 best practices, security, and compliance. * Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and goals, and align Microsoft 365 solutions accordingly. * Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices. * Create and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and training materials. * Participate in pre-sales activities, such as presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. * Contribute to the development of new offerings and services related to Microsoft 365 health and optimization. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Microsoft 365 or related technologies. * Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related applications. * Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, firewalls, and network security. * Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus.
