Cloud Solution Architect-AI Business Solutions-Modern Workforce

CE&S is responsible for driving the end-to-end customer journey, from initial engagement through product adoption and sustained value realization. The AI Business Solutions team within CE&S is focused on helping customers realize value from their investments in Microsoft's AI technologies. We work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and goals, and then design and implement solutions that leverage our AI platforms and services. We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to join our team and help us drive the adoption of AI solutions for Modern Workforce scenarios. Responsibilities As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) within the AI Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for: * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and goals. * Designing and implementing AI solutions that leverage Microsoft's AI platforms and services, specifically focusing on Modern Workforce scenarios. * Leading technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. * Providing technical guidance and support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle. * Staying up-to-date on the latest AI technologies and trends. * Collaborating with other members of the AI Business Solutions team to develop and deliver high-quality solutions. * Creating and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in a technical role, such as a solution architect, consultant, or engineer. * Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. * Experience with AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. * Strong understanding of Modern Workforce scenarios and related technologies. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience with Microsoft AI platforms and services. * Experience with project management methodologies. * Relevant certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar.
