Cloud Service Delivery Lead for Enterprise & Government

A leading cloud services provider in Singapore is seeking a Managed Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery for cloud and infrastructure operations. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud or infrastructure services and proven experience in managing enterprise accounts, especially in public sector projects. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing service delivery strategies for existing clients; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services; • Identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to capitalize on these opportunities; • Ensuring operational excellence through process improvements, quality control, and continuous monitoring; • Developing and managing budgets and financial plans for service delivery; • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration; • At least 5 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure services, preferably with a focus on managed services; • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering results; • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and IBM Cloud; • Experience working with government agencies and public sector organizations; • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
