Cloud Service-Agent (m/w/d) Full-time 100% Remote

To strengthen our cloud service team, we are looking for you as an engaged employee (m/w/d) to further drive our growth and ensure a top-notch service quality.

Tasks

• You will be the first point of contact for our partners and customers and ensure the stable operation of their systems.
• You will take telephone and written support requests, document, and process them through our ticket system.
• You will be responsible for providing, administering, and operating customer systems.
• You will work reliably in a 3-shift system. (Early, late, and night shifts)
• You are willing to learn, continuously develop your skills, and bring new ideas for process optimization into play.
• You organize yourself efficiently and independently in the remote environment.

Qualification

• A completed education as a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration or an equivalent IT qualification.
• First professional experience in support and ideally with ticket systems.
• Experience with Terminalserver environments, ERP software, Windows Server, and basic knowledge of Linux is advantageous.
• Solid communication skills in German and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, and structured working methods.
