Cloud (Senior) Engineer / Architect (m/f/d)

• You analyze and conceptualize solutions for our customers regarding modern cloud architectures.
• You develop and operate tailor-made solutions both in the cloud and in hybrid environments and contribute with your knowledge and ideas to permanent further development and improvement.
• You analyze existing application landscapes and conceptualize solution paths for their migration to the cloud and also implement them.
• Together with the project team, you develop CI/CD pipelines and microservices and ensure security, stability, and compliance of our IT infrastructure through the use of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• You independently take responsibility for the management of build, staging, deployment, and release processes.
• You are involved in consulting our customers both remotely and on-site.

• You have completed a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification in the IT sector with at least 3-5 years of professional experience.
• You possess excellent knowledge in Cloud Development & Architecture with microservices based on Kubernetes / OpenShift as well as networking and storage in the operation of applications, hybrid or cloud-native.
• You are familiar with DevOps / GitOps / CI/CD with tools like Github, Gitlab, CircleCI, Tekton etc., and pipelines are not just lines for transporting oil and gas to you.
• You are at home in software engineering, Java/Kotlin as well as Quarkus, Spring Boot or Micronaut, and Kafka is not just on your bookshelf.
• You have also successfully used scripting languages, IaC and automation such as Ansible, Terraform, Linux/Bash and Python in your projects.
• You approach topics with a high sense of quality and a strong hands-on mentality.
• You enjoy developing technologies and methodologies and progress is important to you.
• You are fascinated by digital trends, smart strategies and their interdependencies.
• You communicate clearly, present confidently and are not shy in front of an audience. German and English? No problem – you feel comfortable in both languages, written and spoken (minimum C1 level in both languages).
• You are willing to travel.
