Aufgaben

Modern Deployment Architecture: You conceptualize and orchestrate global Windows Autopilot rollouts, optimize the Enrollment Status Page (ESP) and design the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) for maximum user experience at highest security.

Next-Gen Endpoint Management: You take over the full-lifecycle management of endpoints via Microsoft Intune, including complex Win32-app packaging and granular compliance structures.

Identity & Zero Trust: You implement and harden identity solutions within Microsoft Entra ID(Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM).

Hybrid Transformation: You lead customers safely from classic SCCM/ConfigMgr-environments to modern co-management scenarios and cloud-attach infrastructures.

Automation as Code: You eliminate redundancy through automation using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API.

Qualifikation

Technisches Profil: Several years of relevant experience in the enterprise environment with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and the M365 Security Stack (Defender for Endpoint).

Zertifizierungen: Ideally, you hold current certifications like MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator).

Analytische Exzellenz: Deep understanding of hybrid scenarios (Entra Join vs. Hybrid Join) and the challenges associated with them (VPN, certificates, DNS).

Bonus-Skills: Experience in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or fundamental knowledge in endpoint administration and hardening of Linux-Endpoints gives you a significant advantage.

Mindset: You see yourself as an engineer, not an administrator. You solve problems proactively through code and automation.
