Cloud Operations Engineer (m/w/d)

You have your head in the clouds, but your feet firmly on the ground? You can deploy your system on Kubernetes, but that's not enough?

Because you know how a cloud system works and can handle its components. We are looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer for our BlueSpice-Cloud-environment.

Tasks

• You operate our cloud and manage customer instances of BlueSpice.
• You ensure that the cloud system is in good condition by monitoring it.
• You wait the cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Gitlab-Pipelines and Helm-Charts.
• You optimize the service regarding security, stability and performance from core components like Galera, OpenSearch, Grafana and MongoDB.

Qualification

• Ideal would be if you have completed training in the field of Cloud Computing.
• You understand the requirements of a production environment regarding security, reliability and compliance.
• You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• You possess fundamental knowledge in Linux administration.
• You are familiar with monitoring-, logging- and warning tools.
• You have understanding for and interest in Open-Source technology and cooperative, open development models.
• You can very well organize yourself, understand priorities and stick to implementation deadlines.
• You speak fluent English and understand German.
