Cloud Monitoring Manager (m/f/d) Heat Pump

As a Cloud Monitoring Manager (m/f/d) Heat Pump, you are the first technical point of contact when systems are not functioning as they should. Troubleshooting and error correction are carried out entirely remotely, via our own and manufacturer-specific cloud and monitoring platforms, on which system data flows in real-time (e.g., the Panasonic Aquarea Smart Cloud).

Your Tasks:

• Reactive Support: Processing incoming app monitoring tickets, customer inquiries, and fault messages – quickly, competently, and solution-oriented.

• Technical Support & System Control: Remote analysis of customer problems, making system adjustments, and preparing, accompanying, and following up on service deployments.

• Problem Solving & Error Analysis: Development of scalable solution approaches for recurring fault patterns – e.g., for hot water, noise complaints, or insufficient heating performance.

• Knowledge Management: Maintaining and further developing operating manuals, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases – so that technical know-how remains accessible within the team.

• Documentation & Research: Researching technical questions, standards, and heat pump regulations with structured documentation for internal use.

• Capacity Management: Actively supporting the absorption of seasonal peak loads – consistently high solution quality even during peak periods.

Your Profile

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in mechanical engineering, energy technology, building technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical field.

• Technical understanding of heating systems and heat pumps.

• Very good German language skills, written and spoken; English is an advantage.

• Nice to have: Experience in monitoring photovoltaic, heat pump, or electric car data.
