Cloud- / IT-Architect (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

• You advise our customers on suitable technologies and design robust software architectures.
• You participate in the Presales process (including estimates) and accompany the subsequent project.
• You support project starts by organizing framework parameters such as CI/CD pipelines, development environments, and target platforms.
• You analyze and develop existing IT systems within the scope of IT assessments or migrations (e.g., to the cloud).
• The planning and implementation of requirement workshops.
• The accompaniment of rollouts and maintenance until project handover to the customer.
• You contribute to the development and improvement of our customers' organization and Qvest Digital.

Your Profile

• You have 5 years or more experience in executing customer projects as a consultant or software architect.
• You are familiar with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• You have experience around the software lifecycle process with methods like Requirements Engineering, Architecture Documentation, and Continuous Integration.
• For you, IT architecture is based on technical expertise. This includes programming experience.
• You move confidently in new contexts, markets, and company cultures.
• You have experience in Presales and creating offers.
• You are confident in dealing with different hierarchical levels and stakeholders.
• You lead workshops at the customer's site and can explain complex technological topics to non-technical people.
• You master German and English on Level C1 or better.

Nice to Have

• Optimally, you are active in the community and networked, hold presentations at conferences and events.
• You have certifications in relevant areas such as ISAQB-F, Cloud System Architect from AWS/Azure/GCP, ITIL 4 or PMI/Prince2.
