Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability. Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis to resolve production issues and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and implement solutions to prevent and address outages. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices. Skills Required: Experience in cloud infrastructure deployment, management, and optimization. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
