We are looking for an immediate Cloud Implementation Specialist (gn), who will strengthen our team and become part of the Field Application Engineering Teams. The position is immediately full-time in a hybrid work model.

Your tasks

• You ensure optimal setup of the provided applications at our customers
• You guarantee optimal integration of Proemion Cloud Services into the customer's infrastructure
• You ensure that every customer has introduced all valuable Proemion services
• You advise customers on finding solutions for their business challenges
• You describe the challenges of our customers as input for new developments
• You describe the economic added value of future services
• You coordinate integration projects
• You coordinate and lead data science projects
• You support legal consulting with the help of our Legal Teams

Your qualifications

• You have experience with Web-Service-APIs, authentication and authorization protocols, and web browser technologies
• You use Python for data analytics and Jupyter Lab
• You have knowledge in the basics of cybersecurity
• You have experience in controlling and continuous further development of projects
• You have knowledge about mobile machine technology and the corresponding industry
• You are familiar with agile methods like Scrum, Requirements Engineering, and tools like Jira
• You have experience with Machine Learning and software testing
• You have experience in working together with customers and know the commercial and legal fundamentals of SaaS/Web applications
• You speak fluent German and English
• You can work independently with external customers, communicate effectively, and are open to new methods and technologies
