Cloud Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Administration and Operation of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Cloud Services
• Solving technical issues in the M365 and Google Workspace area (2nd Level)
• Planning and Implementation of Migration Projects (Cloud-to-Cloud & On-Premises-to-Cloud)
• Development and Implementation of Customized Migration Strategies
• Monitoring the Availability and Performance of Cloud Services
• Documented Solutions in the Knowledge Database & Training for 1st Level Support
• Support for IT Security Guidelines in M365 and Google Workspace Environment

You Should Bring:

• You bring several years of experience in IT System Administration, Cloud Engineering or as a Cloud Administrator
• You have completed education or studies in the IT field (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Informatik)
• You possess fundamental knowledge in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Azure
• You have experience with Ticket Systems (Halo, Jira etc.) as well as secure handling of Windows, MacOS and Linux
• You ideally bring knowledge in the Managed Services area
• You communicate securely in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2)
• You convince through analytical thinking, structured work approach and genuine team spirit
