Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced and engaged Cloud Engineer (Mid-to-Senior) with a focus on generative AI to strengthen our team. In this role, you will take on central responsibility for building, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and develop together with our customers high-performance KI-based solutions.

Your tasks:

• Self-responsible development, provision, and operation of scalable cloud architectures
• Tight collaboration with internal teams and customers to integrate generative AI models into productive cloud solutions
• Optimization of cloud resources in terms of performance, costs, scalability, and security
• Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex infrastructure and performance problems
• Bulding, developing, and automating CI/CD pipelines for cloud services and KI models
• Technical consulting for customers as well as active co-shaping of architecture decisions
• Ongoing development of best practices in the field of Cloud Engineering and Generative AI

Qualification

Our requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of practical experience as a Cloud Engineer, ideally with a focus on Generative AI or data-driven platforms
• Fundamental experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) in productive environments
• Good knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Practical experience in building and operating MLOps pipelines as well as the entire AI model lifecycle management
• Solid knowledge in Data Engineering, data pipelines, and ETL processes
• Experience with modern KI frameworks and tools like Hugging Face, LangChain or comparable technologies
• Able to analyze complex technical challenges structuredly and sustainably resolve them
• Strong communication skills - also in coordination with customers and stakeholders
• Team player mindset and experience in interdisciplinary project teams
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Travel readiness within the DACH region
