Cloud Data Architect & Strategy Lead

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a senior-level data management professional to design and oversee the company's data architecture. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in data management, alongside proven capabilities in leading technical teams. Responsibilities include designing a centralized data architecture and ensuring best practices in data management and security. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and experience with technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement a scalable and robust cloud data architecture. * Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures. * Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and business requirements. * Oversee the implementation of ETL processes and data pipelines. * Ensure data quality and integrity. * Manage data security and compliance. * Stay up-to-date with the latest data management technologies and trends. * Provide strategic direction for data initiatives.
