• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales (services, marketing, tech, media, consultancy)
• Good knowledge of the English language (from 2027 you will sell Ekogroup international services)
• Closer mentality – orientation towards results, not just presentation
• Proactive: organize meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Personal objective: to have job satisfaction, financial satisfaction, chemistry with the Ekogroup team, and chemistry with EkoGroup services

• Salary: Fixed between 6,000–9,000 lei/month/facturable
• Commissions: 5% of sales/month + 10% for clients' advance payments.
• Access to AI personalized, qualified leads, internal publishing platforms.
• Possibility of promotion to Manager position after 12 months of performance.
