About Daba

Daba is a startup developing a solution that allows restaurants to receive orders directly via WhatsApp, for Click & Collect or delivery.

Our ambition is to simplify direct ordering for restaurateurs and to help them grow their business in addition to traditional platforms.

As part of our commercial development in France, we are recruiting several independent closers to support our growth.

Your Responsibilities

Your role is to convert qualified leads into new restaurant clients.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting restaurateurs interested in our solution.

• Understanding their needs and presenting Daba to them.

• Conducting commercial discussions and handling objections.

• Guiding prospects through to subscription.

• Ensuring commercial follow-up by phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Managing your opportunities in our CRM HubSpot.

Incoming leads are provided to you through our marketing campaigns, allowing you to focus primarily on closing.

Our accessible offer and simplified subscription process facilitate a very short sales cycle, with the possibility of closing some sales on the first contact.

Installation and support for restaurants are then handled by our internal teams.

Profile Sought

• Experience in B2B sales, closing, or business development.

• Excellent phone presence and negotiation skills.

• Autonomy, rigor, and results-oriented.

• Ability to understand and simply present a digital solution.

• Experience in the restaurant industry or SaaS is a plus.

We favor autonomous, involved profiles who are comfortable with fast sales cycles.

Compensation and Conditions

Earning Potential: €2000 to €4000 per month depending on your performance.

Our model is based on:

• Commissions per signed and paid restaurant.

• Progressive and cumulative monthly bonuses.

• Uncapped remuneration.

• Incoming leads provided.

• A short sales cycle, without mandatory technical demonstrations.

• A 100% remote activity, with flexible organization.

• Initial training, scripts, and commercial tools provided.
