Clipper (m/w/d)

We are a young and successful startup company in film and video production in Viernheim near Mannheim. For our largest customer Omid Mouazzen (1 Mio.+ Subscribers), we produce weekly high-reach long-form YouTube videos in the automotive and lifestyle sectors, as well as a large number of short-form content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

We work quickly, ambitiously, and have a clear goal: Becoming Germany's largest YouTube channel. To achieve this, we need people who have an eye for the best moments and know how to build clips from existing material that immediately grab attention.

Tasks

• Clipping and editing of short-form videos from existing long-form YouTube videos for Omid's social media channels
• Identification of the strongest hooks, statements, and moments from existing material
• Implementation of effects, texts, B-roll, and other tools to generate maximum attention
• Ensuring hook, timing, tempo, and call-to-action in each clip
• Platform-specific preparation for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
• Independent video processing and rapid implementation of feedback
• Proactive thinking for continuous optimization of content

Qualification

• You have a genuine passion for YouTube content
• You bring experience in clipping and building viral content with you
• You have an extreme sense for trends, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• You have very good knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
• You understand the psychology behind high watch time on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• You work structured and reliably
• You master very good German skills
• You are motivated to continuously develop yourself
