CLINICAL UNIT MANAGER (RGN or RMN with wound care knowledge)
ST5 Area | From £26.00 per hour | Full-time, Permanent, Day shifts

We are looking for a Clinical Unit Manager with passion, innovation, and drive to lead a dementia and palliative care unit in the ST5 area.

38.5 hours a week (3 shifts one week, 4 the next)

About you
NMC-registered RGN with a minimum of 3 years experience, or RMN with wound care knowledge.
At least 2 years experience as a Unit Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong clinical background and confidence in leading a team.
A belief that empowering people, residents and staff, is what drives true quality care.

Location: Based in ST5, North Staffordshire
